- Introduction
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the user (referred to as “user” or “you”), and Accel Skill Private Limited (referred to as “Accel Skill,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) governing your use of the services and programs provided through our platform (referred to as the “Platform”), as defined below.
- Definitions
- “Content” shall mean any text, images, videos, documents, or other materials provided, created, or made available on the Accel Skill platform, including but not limited to course materials, instructional resources, and promotional content.
- “Educational Partners” refers to such institutions, organizations, or entities with whom Accel Skill collaborates to offer educational programs, courses, or services on its platform. These partners may include universities, colleges, training institutes, or other educational providers.
- “Platform” shall mean the digital infrastructure, website, and associated technology operated by Accel Skill, which facilitates the delivery of educational programs, services, and resources to learners. This includes but is not limited to the online learning portal, communication tools, and administrative systems.
- “Program” refers to structured educational offering provided by Accel Skill, designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of learners in a specific subject area or industry. Programs may include courses, workshops, training sessions, or other learning experiences.
- “Terms” refers to the terms and conditions governing the use of the Accel Skill platform and services, including but not limited to policies, guidelines, and agreements between Accel Skill and its users. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties involved.
- “User” shall mean any individual or entity accessing, using, or interacting with the Accel Skill platform, including learners, educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- “User Content” shall mean any content, materials, or information provided, uploaded, or submitted by users on the Accel Skill platform, including but not limited to comments, feedback, discussions, and assignments. User content may be generated during the course of participation in educational programs or through other interactions with the platform.
- Platform and Programs
- The Platform, including the website accelskill.com and mobile applications, along with the information, services, and other materials contained therein, are provided and operated by Accel Skill. We offer comprehensive solutions in skilling, overseas placement, career counselling, and language training (“Programs”), curated and designed to meet the evolving needs of the global workforce.
- By accessing the Platform or availing our Programs, you consent, agree, and undertake to abide by and adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not entitled to use the Programs, and any subsequent use shall be deemed unauthorized. Each Program may have separate terms governing refunds, deferrals, payments, etc., which will supersede these Terms in case of any conflict. Additionally, our corporate clients may have executed separate written agreements with us, which shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflicting provisions.
- Scope of Terms
- These Terms apply not only to the Platform but also to Accel Skill-hosted mobile apps, whatsapp groups, facebook groups, instagram pages, facebook pages, email/sms/phone communications, and other social media forums hosted by Accel Skill. You acknowledge that certain parts of the Platform are provided by third-party service providers, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions. Accel Skill shall not be liable for any disruption of services caused by such third-party service providers.
- Even if you “bookmark” a specific portion of the Platform to bypass these Terms, your use of the Platform still binds you to these Terms.
- Changes to Terms
Accel Skill reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform and Programs after any changes will signify your acceptance of those changes. If you are not satisfied with any modifications to these Terms, you should refrain from using the Platform or Programs.
- Legal Compliance
Accel Skill makes no representations that the Platform operates (or is legally permitted to operate) in all geographic areas. Accessing the Platform from territories where it is illegal is expressly prohibited. By choosing to access the Platform, you agree to do so at your own risk and to comply with all applicable laws.
- User Accounts, User Registration and Delivery of Services
- To participate in various activities and apply for our programs, you will need to create a personal account (“User Account”) with Accel Skill. This involves a two-step verification process, verifying your login credentials such as your phone number through a one-time password sent to your phone or providing an email address and a unique password.
- As part of the enrolment process, submission of a resume will be required for consideration. This document aids in assessing candidate suitability for the program and ensures alignment with their career goals and objectives.
- Upon initiation of the enrolment process, which includes registration along with a nominal fee and document submission on our website, Accel Skill will commence the first stage. Following this, the candidate will undergo a preliminary interview conducted by Accel Skill, and based on the outcomes, a conditional offer letter will be issued. In the event of rejection, the initial registration fee is refunded at the discretion of Accel Skill.
- Subsequent to the acceptance of the offer letter and the commencement of the enrolment process, the first instalment is made by the candidate.
- In exceptional circumstances, if Accel Skill grants you access to a program pending payment and does not receive payment within the specified time, we reserve the right to withdraw your access to the program at our discretion without prior notice.
- You agree not to share access to your User Account with any third party and to create, use, and access only one User Account for yourself. During the setup of your User Account, you may be required to provide additional information, ensuring its accuracy, currency, and completeness. Failure to provide accurate information may result in termination of your use of the Platform and enrolment in a program.
- In addition to the registration process, as part of your use of the Platform or participation in the programs, Accel Skill may collect certain information about you, including Personally Identifiable Information. This information may be used to provide services to you and may be shared with our educational partners or third parties for marketing purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- Access to the programs is restricted to attendees or students who have been specifically granted access by Accel Skill.
- By registering your User Account, you agree:
- You are registering for the program only once and will not create multiple User Accounts.
- You will comply with these Terms and any terms specific to the program.
- Additional requirements apply to students. As a student, you agree that you are registering with the intent to complete relevant assignments for the Platform or programs in which you have enrolled.
- Payment Terms and Refund
- Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in written form by Accel Skill, full payment for enrolment in a Program is mandatory at the time of registration. The responsibility to verify the accuracy of, and assess the suitability and relevance of, the chosen Program lies solely with the individual enrolling in said Program. Enrolment in a Program is non-transferable.
- To facilitate payment for any Program or purchase of any services or products provided by Accel Skill through the Platform, internet access and a valid accepted payment method are requisite (“Payment Method”). Accel Skill does not retain any credit card information or other information restricted by relevant regulations for processing payments and has engaged payment gateways for such purposes. By utilizing a third-party payment provider, you agree to adhere to the terms stipulated by said payment provider. In the event that Accel Skill’s third-party payment provider retains any such information, Accel Skill shall bear no responsibility for such retention, and it shall be solely at your discretion to permit the third party to store such information. Any loss or damage arising from such information or its usage shall be solely your responsibility, and Accel Skill disclaims any liability for such losses and is not obligated to compensate or indemnify for any such losses. Additionally, you agree to remit the applicable fees for payments processed through the Platform.
- Accel Skill or its representatives shall not request OTP or any other authentication-related information for any purpose, and you are advised to exercise caution during payments and financial transactions.
- Failure to remit the applicable Program fee may result in the revocation of your access to said Program. Depending on your location, the payment method utilized, and the origin of your payment, your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. Accel Skill does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment. All relevant taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided at the time of enrolment/purchase.
- Cancellation of the program shall be governed by the applicable refund policy. Each Program has specific refund terms that shall apply in the event of cancellation requests.
- Program Disclaimers
- At Accel Skill, we prioritize transparency and aim to empower individuals through our range of services. It’s important to clarify that Accel Skill does not independently grant academic degrees or certifications. The recognition or equivalence of credentials obtained through our programs is subject to the policies of relevant educational institutions or employers.
- We provide comprehensive services aimed at enhancing your career prospects and skill development. Our offerings include Overseas Placement Assistance, where we assist individuals in securing employment opportunities abroad. Additionally, our Career Counselling services offer personalized guidance to help you navigate your professional journey effectively.
- Language Training is a key aspect of our programs, as proficiency in foreign languages can significantly enhance your global employability. Our expert trainers are dedicated to equipping you with the linguistic skills needed to thrive in international work environments.
- Faculty Upskilling is another area of expertise at Accel Skill. We offer training programs designed to enhance the capabilities of educators, professionals, and content developers, ensuring they stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and industry trends.
- Our Skilling Programs cover a diverse range of industries and sectors, providing practical training and knowledge to prepare you for success in today’s competitive job market. These programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of different industries, equipping participants with the skills required to excel in their chosen fields.
- It’s important to note that while we provide comprehensive services, Accel Skill does not guarantee specific outcomes such as admission to academic programs or employment opportunities. We advise individuals to thoroughly assess the suitability of our programs for their academic and professional requirements before enrolling. We are committed to supporting you on your journey towards achieving your full potential.
- Utilization of Programs
- Accel Skill reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any program, live lectures/webinars, or adjust the schedule of topics, as well as the weighting of assessments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects, and other progress evaluations. Accel Skill may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform or Programs, along with all associated services provided by Accel Skill, including access to coaches or support services, assessment services, or certifications. You acknowledge that Accel Skill may alter or discontinue any services related to its Programs at its discretion, and you agree that Accel Skill shall not be held liable to you or any third party for such changes.
- You acknowledge that Accel Skill shall bear no responsibility to you in the event of the Platform’s unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, riot, civil unrest, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, public utility failure, human-made disasters, or any other unforeseeable cause.
- In accordance with the applicable refund policy, if you wish to discontinue participation in any program, you may terminate your involvement by providing prior notice to Accel Skill. Participants of Accel Skill’s online live lectures and webinars will receive access to such sessions via email and agree not to share this access with third parties. If you are unable to attend an online live lecture/webinar, please notify Accel Skill in advance.
- You are solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining any necessary equipment or additional services required to connect to, access, receive, or use the Platform, including hardware devices, software, internet, wireless, broadband, phone, and/or other mobile communication device connection services. You are also responsible for ensuring the compatibility of such equipment or services with the Platform and for all associated charges incurred in connection with their use.
- Partners and Accreditation
- Accel Skill is an educational service provider collaborating with esteemed institutions worldwide, including universities, educational bodies, governmental agencies, NGOs, and corporations, hereinafter referred to as “Educational Partners.”
- Participation in Accel Skill’s programs does not automatically enroll or register individuals in any Educational Partner’s degree/diploma programs. Users acknowledge that access to Educational Partners’ resources or benefits beyond Accel Skill’s programs is not guaranteed.
- Once a student initiates their learning or training with a specific Educational Partner, they are obliged to adhere to the rules and terms set forth by said Educational Partner. Additionally, the Educational Partner retains the authority to expel students or take appropriate actions in the event of any infringement or non-compliance with the established rules and regulations.
- Accel Skill may issue credentials or acknowledgments to participants who demonstrate proficiency in program material, solely at its discretion. The format and availability of such credentials may vary across programs.
- Completion certificates (“Program Certificates”) are granted by Accel Skill and its Educational Partners only upon meeting specified criteria and requirements.
- If participants seek academic credit or certification through an Educational Partner, such credit or certification is subject to the policies and procedures of the respective Educational Partner. Accel Skill does not have authority over the awarding of academic credit or certification by Educational Partners.
- Participants acknowledge that programs affiliated with Educational Partners may be governed by additional terms, policies, and procedures of the respective Educational Partner. If participants are registered or enrolled students of an Educational Partner, the Educational Partner’s policies regarding program eligibility, participation, credit/certification requirements, and educational records apply. Educational records are maintained by the Educational Partner, not Accel Skill.
- Guidelines and Restrictions for Educational Partner
- Educational Partners agree to provide high-quality educational services in line with their area of expertise and as agreed upon in the agreement with Accel Skill.
- Educational Partners shall ensure that their educational programs and curriculum align with the standards and objectives set forth by Accel Skill to meet the needs of learners and industry requirements.
- Educational Partners commit to maintaining high standards of quality in their educational programs, instructional materials, and teaching methodologies, ensuring a positive learning experience for students.
- Educational Partners shall collaborate with Accel Skill in developing and delivering joint educational initiatives, including skilling programs, language training, faculty upskilling, overseas placement assistance, and career counselling services.
- Educational Partners acknowledge and agree to use Accel Skill’s branding, logos, and promotional materials as provided by Accel Skill, and to adhere to brand guidelines in all promotional activities related to their association.
- Educational Partners shall comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures established by Accel Skill, including but not limited to data protection policies, quality standards, and code of conduct.
- Educational Partners agree to provide regular reports and updates to Accel Skill on the progress and outcomes of their educational programs and services, as well as participate in periodic evaluations and assessments as required.
- Educational Partners commit to ongoing professional development and training to enhance their expertise and effectiveness in delivering educational services, as well as to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Partners shall provide adequate support and assistance to students enrolled in their programs, including academic guidance, counselling, and access to resources, to facilitate their learning and success.
- Educational Partners shall maintain the confidentiality and security of any sensitive information or data shared by Accel Skill or its students, and comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- In the event of termination or expiration of the agreement between Educational Partners and Accel Skill, both parties agree to fulfill any remaining obligations and responsibilities, and to cooperate in transitioning students and resources as necessary.
- Educational Partners and Accel Skill agree to work collaboratively and in good faith to achieve the objectives of their partnership and to address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the course of their association.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- “Content” encompasses all information and data, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, images, photos, sounds, music, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, interactive features, and other materials.
- The Platform, Programs, and associated services are the intellectual property of Accel Skill and its licensors. All Content available on the Platform or through the Programs, such as online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, assignments, code, and other visual and written materials (“Accel Skill Content”), are the exclusive property of Accel Skill, its affiliates, or licensors, and are safeguarded by copyright, patent, and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under both Indian and foreign laws. All software utilized on the Platform belongs to Accel Skill Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
- Accel Skill’s logos, trademarks, and service marks appearing on the Platform and within the Programs (“Accel Skill Marks”) are the sole property of Accel Skill Private Limited and are safeguarded by Indian and foreign laws. Any other trademarks, service marks, or logos utilized on the Platform or within the Programs belong to their respective owners. Additionally, aspects of the Platform are protected by trade dress and other Indian and international intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, copied, downloaded, or distributed in any manner without the explicit written consent of Accel Skill Private Limited.
- By accessing the Platform and/or utilizing the Programs, you agree not to (a) replicate, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any Accel Skill Content or any portion thereof for commercial purposes, except as expressly permitted under these Terms; and (b) utilize the Accel Skill marks or the name, trademarks, service marks, or other materials of any Educational Partner for unsolicited communications, emails, or any unauthorized purposes.
- It is important to verify all Content before usage. Should you encounter any Content that is inaccurate, infringing, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, please promptly notify us at the address provided at the bottom of this page.
- Moreover, Accel Skill or its third-party service providers may, from time to time, solicit users to review Accel Skill Content or participate in beta-testing the Platform. Any works derived from such activities shall remain the exclusive property of Accel Skill Private Limited or its third-party service providers, as applicable.
- Limited License
- Accel Skill grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and utilize our Platform and Programs (“Services”), solely in accordance with these terms. This license does not constitute a sale of the Services but rather a granting of rights to access and use them.
- While Accel Skill does not provide learning Content directly on its platform, we may direct you to our Learning Partners’ websites where you can access such content (“Learning Content”). You may download or copy portions of the Learning Content for your own non-commercial and personal use only. However, you must retain all copyright and other notices contained in such Learning Content. Commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works of the Learning Content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code for any software used to operate our platform or programs. Any software, code, instructions, or other information provided on our platform is for instructional purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.
- Accel Skill and its affiliates and licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted herein to the Services, Learning Content, and Accel Skill Marks.
- Prohibited Uses
The following are examples of uses that are expressly prohibited under this agreement:
- Selling or renting any part of the Learning Content, derivative works based on it, or collective works including any part of the Learning Content.
- Selling access or links to any part of the Learning Content.
- Providing services that use or reference the Learning Content for a fee.
- Using the Learning Content for instruction where tuition is charged.
- Using the Learning Content for internal professional development or training by for-profit or non-profit entities.
- Making the Learning Content publicly accessible on social media sites, video download sites, or torrents.
- All information provided on our platform is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided, and reliance on such information is at your own risk.
- Accel Skill and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

- Learner’s Conduct
- As a user, you are responsible for all activities conducted on our platform and programs. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, both local and international, during your usage.
- You agree not to engage in any unethical practices while using our platform. This includes refraining from posting or transmitting any communication intended to obtain sensitive information from other users or third parties.
- Accel Skill reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user.
- During your use of our platform and programs, you agree to:
- Not harass other users, students, or support agents.
- Not create a hostile environment within student groups.
- Not engage in cheating on any homework assignments or exams.
- Not share secured testing materials or solutions to assignments or exams.
- Notify instructors immediately if you become aware of any cheating or breaches of these terms by other users.
- Accel Skill acts as an intermediary with respect to user-generated content. Users are prohibited from uploading, publishing, or transmitting any content that:
- Belongs to another person without proper authorization.
- Is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable laws.
- Harms children or violates their privacy.
- Infringes upon any intellectual property rights.
- Deceives or misleads recipients.
- Impersonates another individual.
- Threatens national security or public order.
- Contains malicious software or harmful components.
- Is intended to mislead or harass for financial gain.
- Promotes illegal activities or violates any laws.
- Advocates or encourages illegal activity.
- By using our platform and programs, you agree to adhere to these terms and guidelines. Accel Skill reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of user accounts, in case of violations.
- Disclaimer of Preparation
- At Accel Skill, our courses and services are meticulously designed to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their professional capabilities. However, it is important to understand that participation in our programs does not guarantee selection for specific opportunities, employment, or further academic pursuits.
- Accel Skill does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the selection or outcomes of our learners in external processes such as job placements, admissions, or academic evaluations. While we strive to provide comprehensive preparation and support, ultimate selection decisions are typically made by external entities such as employers, educational institutions, or regulatory bodies.
- In the event of any violation of our terms and conditions or misuse of our services, Accel Skill reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform and services without prior notice. This includes instances where learners misrepresent their qualifications, engage in fraudulent activities, or breach our code of conduct.
- Upon termination of rights, individuals or entities involved will no longer have access to Accel Skill’s programs, resources, or any associated benefits. Any ongoing agreements or commitments will be considered null and void, and individuals will be required to cease all use of our services immediately.
- Accel Skill retains the right to pursue legal action or seek remedies for any damages caused by the violation of our terms and conditions. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent learning environment and will take necessary actions to protect the interests of our community.
- By enrolling in our programs, learners acknowledge and accept that while we provide valuable preparation, the ultimate success in external endeavours depends on various factors beyond our control. We encourage learners to approach our courses with dedication and commitment, understanding that they are designed to enhance skills and readiness for future opportunities, but do not guarantee selection or outcomes.
- User Content
- The Platform provided by Accel Skill may facilitate various forms of user interaction, including but not limited to uploading forum posts, engaging in chat conversations with other users and Accel Skill’s counsellors, participating in user discussions, creating profile pages, and sharing content and media for social interaction, as well as submitting information and materials for use within the Programs, such as questions, hypothetical scenarios, examples, assignments, and industry projects (collectively referred to as “User Content”). Accel Skill acknowledges that it does not assert ownership over any User Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Platform or within the Programs. Therefore, subject to the license granted to Accel Skill herein, you will retain sole and exclusive ownership of any and all rights, title, and interest in and to the User Content.
- By submitting User Content via the Platform or Programs or otherwise making it available to Accel Skill, you hereby grant Accel Skill an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to utilize, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content on the Platforms or within the Programs or otherwise exploit the User Content, with the ability to sublicense such rights to multiple tiers, for any purpose, including commercial purposes. Accel Skill reserves the right to remove any User Content at its discretion and for any reason.
- In providing any User Content, you affirm and warrant that
- you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and/or clearances to provide such User Content and authorize Accel Skill to use it as specified above
- User Content is accurate and reasonably complete,
- you are responsible for any third-party fees related to the provision and use of such User Content, and
- the User Content does not and will not infringe upon or misappropriate any third-party rights, nor does it constitute a fraudulent statement, misrepresentation, or unfair business practice.
- Accel Skill does not exercise control over the User Content posted through the Platform, including any messages, reviews, or comments, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such User Content. Accel Skill disclaims any liability in connection with User Content, including errors or omissions, or any loss, damage, or defamation incurred as a result of your posting or use of any User Content. You are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws concerning User content.
- Security
By accessing and using our platform, you agree to adhere to the following security guidelines:
- You are prohibited from accessing data not intended for you or attempting to log in to servers or accounts without proper authorization.
- Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks is strictly prohibited without proper authorization.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service to any user, host, or network. This includes activities such as submitting viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailbombing, or crashing our platform.
- Sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and advertising of products or services, is not allowed.
- Do not forge any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
- Violations of our system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Accel Skill reserves the right to investigate any occurrences of such violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if necessary.
- You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with proper functioning of our platform or any activities conducted on it.
- Do not use or attempt to use any unauthorized mechanisms, including browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents, to navigate or search our platform, except for those provided or approved by Accel Skill.
- While we implement stringent security measures to protect user accounts and information, we cannot guarantee immunity against unauthorized access or breaches by third parties.
- Internet Delays
- Accel Skill acknowledges that internet delays may occur, impacting the delivery and accessibility of our services. While we strive to maintain optimal connectivity and ensure uninterrupted access to our platform, certain factors beyond our control, such as network congestion or technical issues with internet service providers, may result in delays or disruptions.
- In the event of internet delays, Accel Skill will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience and mitigate the impact on users. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or timely delivery of our services during such occurrences.
- Users are encouraged to ensure stable internet connections and utilize alternative communication channels if faced with prolonged delays or disruptions. Additionally, Accel Skill will provide timely updates and assistance to users affected by internet delays, striving to resolve any associated issues promptly.
- It is important to note that Accel Skill shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from internet delays, including but not limited to disruptions in accessing our platform, delayed communication, or loss of data. Users are advised to exercise caution and patience during such situations and reach out to our support team for assistance if needed.
- Accel Skill remains committed to delivering high-quality services and will continue to monitor and address internet delays to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Communication
- Accel Skill may communicate with users through various channels, including but not limited to email, phone calls, text messages, postal mail, and notifications within the Accel Skill platform.
- Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure effective communication. Any changes to contact details should be promptly updated within the Accel Skill platform or notified to Accel Skill via the provided contact channels.
- Communications from Accel Skill may include, but are not limited to, notifications regarding account status, program updates, service announcements, promotional offers, and important policy changes.
